Welcome! I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP-Life Coach providing professional hypnosis services for women.

I specialize in helping my clients achieve their goals and surpass their personal boundaries in various areas of self-improvement including stress reduction, motivation, overcoming anxiety and fears, improving sports performance, increased self-confidence, self-esteem, habit modification and more.

In addition to receiving my certification from HMI (Hypnosis Motivation Institute), one of the most comprehensive training programs in the USA, I also bring my 10 plus years of professional experience in the wellness industry as a former fitness expert, and nutritionist along with my educational training in the metaphysical practices and modalities.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating positive change in women on their journey toward emotional healing, personal & spiritual growth, overall health and well-being. I look forward to sharing with you the same effective tools that I used to help myself as well as my clients to overcome personal challenges and make desirable positive changes.

Hypnotherapy is a “do-with”, which means we are a team and need to work together in order for hypnosis to work for you! I am simply a facilitator guiding you along your journey helping you access your inner-resources (your subconscious mind), because we all have the answers within us.
