Welcome! I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP-Life Coach providing professional hypnosis services for women.
I specialize in helping my clients achieve their goals and surpass their personal boundaries in various areas of self-improvement including stress reduction, motivation, overcoming anxiety and fears, improving sports performance, increased self-confidence, self-esteem, habit modification and more.
In addition to receiving my certification from HMI (Hypnosis Motivation Institute), one of the most comprehensive training programs in the USA, I also bring my 10 plus years of professional experience in the wellness industry as a former fitness expert, and nutritionist along with my educational training in the metaphysical practices and modalities.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating positive change in women on their journey toward emotional healing, personal & spiritual growth, overall health and well-being.
